Schedule a free 15 minute phone call, so I can learn about you, your goals, and what you are looking for support with, as well as answer any questions you may have for me.

Initial Session
Our first appointment together we will spend time getting to know more about you, your nutrition history, and goals, so we can create a plan that is personalized to you. This session is 75-90 minutes.

Follow-up Sessions
We will continue to meet as needed to help you meet your goals, develop new goals, and navigate any challenges that may come up along the way. These sessions are 50 minutes.
