Hi there, I’m Lisa.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who helps people develop an approach to eating that fits their life, supports their goals, and feels sustainable, without dieting or stress.

For over 12 years, I’ve supported clients in learning to nourish themselves with confidence and flexibility and to move past obsessing about food or feeling guilt and shame around eating. My approach is personalized, science-based, empathetic, and judgment-free.

Schedule a free 15 minute phone call with me so I can learn about you, your goals, and what you are looking for support with, and I can answer any questions you may have for me.

Initial Session

Our first appointment together we will spend time getting to know more about you, your nutrition history, and goals, so we can create a plan that is personalized to you. This session is 75-90 minutes.

Follow-up Sessions

We will continue to meet as needed to help you meet your goals, develop new goals, and navigate any challenges that may come up along the way. These sessions are 50 minutes.
